Wee Hooses tries to use recycled packaging where possible- keeping inline with a be-kinder-to-nature approach.

RETURN POLICY

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, do not despair: If it  is a palletised delivery, do not sign for the goods, and advise that you want  to return the goods to us. Take pics of the damage. The goods will be returned, and repaired in the next available slot.

Returns

Every product is lovingly made to bring you joy and help the world become a better place. Should you decide that you are not happy with our lovely item you are welcome to return at your own cost. On receipt of the goods and inspection, you will only receive a refund for the materials and not the labour.

PAYMENT METHODS

There are many methods in which you can pay via the website.

You can also pay directly via Bank Transfer (BACS) via invoice.

Wee Hooses prefers BACS as there is no charge for this service and no middleman taking their cut. It's friendly, fast and free.

Deposit Schemes

To assist you we can offer a 50% deposit scheme to make life a little easier, so you can budget for other things. Pay 50% upfront at the time of order and 50% on collection of your goods.
